All prices reflect the quality provided by Gym Chix and its suppliers. We strive to provide high quality merchandise at the lowest price possible. However, due to changes in the costs of labor, materials, shipping, international exchange rates, etc., prices are subject to change without notice.
Prices of Sylvia P leotards include completed garment, shipping from Australia and duty assessed by US Customs. Shipping within the US is an additional cost.
All prices are in US Dollars. Forms of payment are limited to Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. For school districts, colleges and universities and YMCAs, purchase orders are accepted. Payment of purchase orders must be received prior to order being placed into production. Retail customers may also pay by check, certified funds or bank transfer. Retail customers are subject to a cash loss cost of 2.75% for use of credit cards.
Payment in full must be received prior to any order going into production.
State and local sales taxes apply unless you have provided us a valid tax exemption certificate.
If payment is not received within 30 days of order being placed, order will be automatically cancelled.
Requesting sizers for a team order is a commitment to purchase. A nonrefundable deposit of $100 is due when sizers are shipped and will be applied as a credit toward the total order when the order is placed. Sizers may be kept for no more than 5 business days and the recipient is responsible for the cost of shipping sizers back to Gym Chix. Failure to return sizers will result in a $500 charge to the credit card on file. If there is no credit card on file, the charge will be turned over to a collection agency.
Retail orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
Retail orders are shipped via Fedex Ground. Customers must have a valid credit card on file for shipment of merchandise. Special arrangements may be made for expedited shipping with the cost of such methods being paid by the customer.
Please check order carefully before submitting. Any changes on an order will be treated as a new order. Special orders already in production are not eligible for any changes/additions or cancellations.
Special Orders/Custom Orders/Competitive Orders
These orders may be placed via email or mail.

Customers are responsible for correct sizing. Custom orders may not be returned or exchanged for different sizes.

Production Time for Special Orders
Please see our current ship week estimator to determine when your order will be completed. In order for an order to enter production, all order information must be received, including garment details, all sizes and payment in full.
Customers may request design sketches free of charge when a completed design is submitted. For us to create a design sketch for you, a fee of $100 is required. Custom designs require an advance purchase of a single sample garment, billed at the finished price of the garment, plus $50 to create the custom pattern for the garment. Customers select the size of the sample to be provided.
Item in original unworn condition with tags attached may be returned within 45 days. Customer is responsible for cost of return shipment. Please contact Gym Chix prior to return for Return Authorization Number. Exchanges will be subject to an exchange shipping fee of $3.50.
Custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
